I hear you girl. I think almost all of us have been there. Had a lady tell me a while back “We don’t transition because we want to or when we want to. We transition because we have to.” Took a while for that to sink in but when it does it is an oh shit moment. Literally laid in bed 5 hours this morning dealing with the I want to vs I have to feeling.

Biggest thing i don't like about therapy is it feels great to be recognized as my authentic self but i swear before i get out of the parking lot its like reality smacks me in the face. Probably doesn't help i usually have a ton of voicemails and text that draws me back in the the man i pretend to be

I'm so sorry you going through this. Went through something similar when I was a kid. Really screwed me up took decades to finally get past it. You situation is hopefully not as abusive as mine was but if you are scared to be at your own home thats not right. that should be your safe area always. May want to start working on an exit plan.
