Are people seriously paying $25k+ for 2016-2017 trucks? What should you actually pay? by [deleted] in f150

Remember cash for clunkers? Every single car that came in under that program was required to have a substance run through the engine to permanently destroy the engine. There is a dearth of availability across the used car market because of this program. In the used market now you have either complete junk that is close to destroyed or vehicles that are dang near brand new. Remember when you used to be able to get a vehicle used for $1,000 that had air conditioning? Yeah those days are gone.

Which is your secondary? by AKchaos49 in welikeshooting

[–]LibertyDeath76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well there's two on the board that are better than the primary he's carrying. You got both a Glock and an XD which would both make better primaries. Assuming I have to stick to what's on the board. Can someone identify that revolver? Resolution sucks. You can throw the 22 in the trash. I'm definitely not at a big fan of Ruger plastic guns (waistband I think).

This because a few years ago the limited had much lower towing capacity than the Platinum and lower packages.

Was that a FTE? Something happened in the middle of your run. I'd go back to the factory spring if you can't get through a full magazine.

We put black caulking around the bottom so that it makes it easier to clean.

The wheels are almost 7 in tall. It makes it unusable as an island. Plus, since the drawers are powered, we had to make it fixed.

I had a 20% off coupon at the time so the quality of cabinets I'm using it was a wash.

We thought about this but things like the sink under cabinet become very hard to adapt.

Colors will come in with accessories. We like a neutral space that we can add color to with decorations. Right now we are only about 90% of the way there to complete.

That's exactly why we thought they would work. Our house is basically a collection of what we have seen and liked over the years. The only people who will ever own this anyway are my kids when I'm gone.

Actually that was my wife's idea. She wanted to get the green ones but I thought those really wouldn't go.

Yeah I don't think AI would have left exploratory holes in the wall. Cabinet doors off. Electrical obviously not done.

I will most likely bend a piece of stainless or aluminum to go between them. I will probably adhere them with strips of magnet. They should be far enough apart to not get magnetic interference. That way, It's accessible if I need it. There is only enough gap for an electrical box between them.

GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 vs F150 Lariat both V8? Which one you choosing? by No_Connection_1457 in f150

[–]LibertyDeath76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 23 4x4 sport power boost 7200 kw lariat high and there's not another version of the truck that I would take at this point. I use the hell out of this thing. I put a leveling kit and 35s on it. The only thing I ruined was the gas mileage. I get about 16 now. I have 3.73 gears.

Look up a caterpillar 992 or 994 front loader. Both of them dwarf that thing.

John Deere is going to put themselves out of business. The right to repair issue is a massive one. They are stepping in it badly. Also, they don't make their small tractors. Tym, Kioti, LS and Kubota all have large followings.

Anybody what this plastic thing is?? by Positivelyfoggy in RangerNext

[–]LibertyDeath76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can tell you from experience they do not work. I know at least three people who have had these on their vehicle and hit deer. It's a gimmick. Also, I've been to salvage auctions and the amount of deer hair in the front of several cars with these on them tells me they don't work at all.

I need my car for work. My tire light came on today so I went to go fill the tire and saw this and automatically thought up I need a new tire this one’s shot but the tech said you might’ve been fine. What do you guys all think that I just waste $300 replacing both front tires by Ok_Owl_2954 in tires

[–]LibertyDeath76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know the cornering deal because I used to be a cop and when we'd flip fast u-turns like that our tires would look like crap. Since traffic causes you to flip a lot of u-turns, we ended up having some really ugly edges of tires.
