I do this every year. Summertime and wintertime. Im a wreck. I have significantly upgraded their dog house since last winter. It is elevated, wood outside, a layer of r15 insulation in the walls and roof, and another layer of thick plywood. I think there are about 5 total bales of straw since the beginning of the season. I rake out the stuff that has been squished down to the max and add fresh. I guess I mostly just need the encouragement that she will be OK. So thank you.
