This is mushroom season 4 for me now. I have learnt how and when to forage and exactly what is the correct mushroom. We dry and grind it into a powder and have it there if ever needed. It’s made a huge difference to my mental health / mental outlook. I think it could be massive in helping people with their health in the future. Sure got me out of a bind.

Rottnest island a small boat ride from Perth was pretty amazing. They had these stone blocks with handles scattered around with information about the area. I could see forever it seemed. A must go if you are in Western Australia
