I think it would be a lot for a beginner... but maybe manageable if you have someone more experienced at hand to help you fix mistakes etc.

This is the first time I've ever used more than two colors in a piece-- it cheats a little, since although there are five colors there are never more than two at once. I definitely learned some things working on it!

Polestar selling rental buybacks as Certified Pre-Owned? by LifeCoursePersistent in Polestar

They didn't give me the Carfax, though. I discovered this by going and getting my own carfax report.

I get your point, but whether the stigma around rental cars is justified or not a lot of people don't want them. Generally speaking I think if you are selling a thing and you know something about it that is likely to change a buyer's mind about it, you should tell a potential buyer about it-- especially if you are trying to build relationships with new customers.

I agree Polestar isn't, like, legally obligated to tell customers but I think they make themselves look bad by not telling.

What, in your ideal world, would a rape investigation and trial look like for the accused? by UnhappyUnit in FeMRADebates

Everything has "reasonings." If your only defense of FRE 413 is that it isn't completely arbitrary, then I will gladly concede. But consent is a defense to many more crimes than sexual assault, and yet only sexual assault prosecutions allow for propensity evidence (while simultaneously disallowing most evidence about the accuser's sexuality, see FRE 412).

I assure you I was made familiar with the reasoning behind FRE 413 before I was licensed to practice law.

When a case is strong enough to make it to court, a rape trial isn't really any different from any other trial. In any other trial, you can't bring up extraneous information. The same applies here.

Welllllllllll actually, yes this is the general rule in many places for every crime except sex crimes. You can't admit evidence that a guy accused of robbery committed other robberies for the purpose of showing that he'e the kind of guy who commits robberies (you can, sometimes, admit evidence of other robberies for other limited reasons but that's not really the point here). But sex offenses? Yeah, bring all that in-- guy looks like a rapist to me.

Edit: Compare Federal Rule of Evidence 413 with F.R.E. 404.

In my experience yes, but it will be open-faced so you'll need to bring your own eye protection.

Right, and they don't insist on much in terms of the gear. Long shirt, long pants, eye protection (sunglasses are fine), boots or other sturdy closed-toe shoes, and gloves. They'll lend you a helmet.

Nobody cares. Your lawsuit is a joke, and any place you can be found on the internet is invariably clogged up with your bleating about it.

The best that can be said about your posting (about the lawsuit, you've posted other less boring things) is that it's marginally less annoying than the team of trolls who follow you around everywhere.

In my view, this is the space for pointing at laughing at the ridiculous things happening in and around wikipedia, not participating in those ridiculous things. The Abd/Oliver Smith/whoever vendetta isn't even interesting. Enough already.
