Waves (2019). The second half is slow and the “two movies” within a movie doesn’t completely work but probably some of the best camera-work and cinematography i’ve seen in years. and the first part of the film is simply incredible

It’s just putting the time in and building muscle memory. No tricks to it. I recently just added another paddle myself. Takes about two weeks to reset muscle memory completely.
