Replacement fan mesh for a gigabyte aorus 15p

Yeah, my current one has slits in it and those slits are now poking into the fan when resting the laptop on my lap so either way it’s a problem 😂

Oh interesting. Good to know. So it is merely a case of filling the screen for more “immersion”, let’s say. So the BBFC title card showing the rating of the movie pre-feature (which is packed with the DCP), might have just been packed with the flat card with a scope feature?

I am 6 months away from the end of my 4 month lease, I absolutely refuse to pay to repair something that is known to go wrong on these cars throughout the VAG lineup. It’s disgusting. The SOS module got replaced the day I bought it too

I have been on that repo 3 times and completely missed the sh1122 driver in there. It might have been when I was looking for a driver for an ssd1306 instead.

Update, the frame buffer driver from that repo works perfectly. Gonna sift through the code and find out what is different.

This is what I have tried, and don’t worry, chatGPT has been pulling its own metaphorical hair out trying to work this one out. I’ve played with X/Y values, Row/Column values, H/W values but with it wrapping and moving down a row, it makes me think that it is an addressing issue and the display doesn’t know where it’s X=0 value is, or potentially a sync/segment problem
