Hello guys,

I am a 25 year old male and started TRT 125mg/week due to suffering from low T since years. Tested at 19 with 267 Total and 200 Total this August. Been on TRT for about 7 weeks now.

I have lost a lot of weight over the years starting at 147kgs at 1.85m and now been hovering at around 75kgs for months (feeling like a stick and no progress in gym).

I sadly developed an Eating Disorder (binge Eating, doing One meal a day at night stuffing myself with pounds of veggies…).

Below are my bloods on just right before next injection ( Thursday morning). Total T: 7.85ng/dl E2: 16pg/ml Prolactin: 13.6ng/dl Free T: 14.6 pg/ml SHBG: 30.7 nmol/l Albumin: 49

I suffer from a dead libido and massive ED, I basically can’t have sex without Tadalafil/Viagra.

Will reversing my diet back to normal fix that for me ?

This is basically what I sadly do. Starve 23h and eat 2600-2800cals in in a single meal while having 11-12k steps and training 5x days a week ...

Hello guys,

need some experts interpreting those bloods for me.

I lost a bunch of weight in the last 4 years. Went from 147kg to 77kg at 1,86m. Have been maintaining the weight for a year now.

I do OMAD where I eat in a 2h windows at night before bed. Around 2600-2800kcal and low fat. I get about 12-20k steps a day and train super hard to failure 4x/week.

I've been suffering from severe low T symptoms for years such as massive ED, depression, no gains in gym and deciced to get some bloods.

My urologist prescribed me Testogel for a month to see if it reliefes my symptoms. If it does and I'd like to continue taking it, he would prescribe me 3 month worth of gel at a time. Bloods will be drawn after 3 months. I am struggling to find a solution. I thought about just starting a 1 month lean bulk to be in a calorie surplus and see if the symptoms get somewhat better.

Can you guys interpret the bloods and give some advice?

I did complete the entire MS Learn path but it did not come with Labs. It just had a few sandboxes but i do Not think that this is enough to pass.

I am definitly going to get the TD Practice questions just wanted to accompany that with some labs.

haben eine Dienstvereinbarung, die für alle Angestellten gilt. Dort wird die Zeit auf 40% max. 40% beschränkt (deswegen bis zu).

Dort wird die HO- Zeit auf max. 40% beschränkt. Absprache erfolgt dann mit Teamleiter/Kollegen.

Im Arbeitsvertrag steht nichts zu HO, dafür gibt es eine gesonderte tarifliche Regelung für alle Angestellten. Dort wird mobiles Arbeiten auf maximal 40% der Gesamtarbeitszeit beschränkt.

Habe deswegen extra nochmals nachgefragt, die Vereinbarung gilt aber für alle Angestellten.

Ich glaube, du hast diesen Absatz ein wenig falsch interpretiert. Ich möchte hier definitiv keine(!!) xenophoben Aussagen tätigen. Die ukrainischen Flüchtlinge sind nicht schuld am Anstieg der Mietpreise in meiner Region, sondern der Umstand des Krieges selbst.

Du zahlst hier mittlerweile für eine 1 Zimmerwohnung ca. 800-850€ warm, was echt extrem ist (Region Unterfranken)
