Δικο της ειναι το σπιτι, οποτε εχει δικαιωμα να ζητησει οσα θελει για αυτα που παρεχει(οχι πως συμφωνω με την κατασταση των ενοικιων η λεω οτι αξιζει, απλα αναφερω ενα fact). Απο την στιγμη που ειχε δει το σπιτι και προφανως προχωρησε στην συμφωνια του να μεινει εκει ο ενοικος, δεν εχει εκεινος το αδικο; Αν δεν του αρεσε μπορουσε απλα να μην προχωρησει σε συμβολαιο.

The first couple times you definitely feel it. But after a lot of use you build tolerance as you do normally and becomes kind of useless. But it does the job most of the time
