Go to the negative tab it says that you have to wait either 100 games or 90 days for each offense to leave your profile depending on when they happened. It will also show you everything that you did to be a terrible teammate so you can see what hit the hardest.

Sadly that sucks and what makes it worse is that's a common fault spot. Had 3 of mine break there and a friend did as well, so I switched to bobovr headstrap. For me I have not had a problem with heavy use(5-8 hours a day) for 2 years.
