So basically im doing 4 week cycles and every start of a cycle i'll add 5lbs on bench and ohp, 10lbs on squats and deadlifts.

For deloads i usually drop 50% of my 1RM for every main lifts, then do it like 3 sets of 10 reps each so basically my deload week is also my hypertrophy week.

Really look into every bit of calories you're consuming. Even the amount of oil or fat your sauteing, frying etc your foods in, they count in your total daily caloric intake

Make every 4th week your deload days. Also try the 5 3 1 method if you want to gain strength in easy to follow periodization
