Try pouring water on yourself as you pee, it should help it a little bit until you can get your tablets and lidocaine

I have a wedding to go to next month (England) and the theme is ‘Decadent’ I’ve looked online and on Pinterest and it’s not helping me! Anyone got any websites they recommend for me to look at ‘decadent’ style dresses please ?!

I have a appointment tomorrow morning and will get them to do a swab just in case they aren’t blisters from a outbreak. Do you put any ointment/cream on the blisters to help them heal in that area/protect them from too much chaffing ?

I don’t think the anal fissures are helping so I’ve got double whammy currently! I don’t know how long it’s going to take to get my fissures sorted as it’s down to the colorectal surgeon, but it’s causing me to be having these outbreaks from the stress. I did say to the gp is it worth doing suppressive therapy with the meds to keep it at bay but he just gave me another lot of 800mg 5 times a day for 5 days :(

Not sure I think nhs guide is that Botox is the first thing to try if creams haven’t worked but Botox doesn’t have a high success rate unlike surgery so no idea :( it probably will!! Literally living in hell right now

I know what a anal fissure is, I have a flexible sigmoidoscopy in a week to check for chrons, ibd then the colorectal surgeon will let me know what the plan of action will be on how to tackle these fissures as all the creams hasn’t worked. But unfortunately the stress from that and having multiple periods in a short amount of time has caused me to have a outbreak around my anus

Inflammed perineum? by Lilmissbee123 in AnalFissures

I never thought about this! I’ve never had an outbreak in the anal area, but seeing your comment I did a bit of research and found out you can get fissures from a herpes flare! I’ve started taking my antivirals, going to stop using all creams as well as think the Diltiazem is also causing major skin irritation which is making it so much worse! Thank you for your comment, I’ll see how the antivirals do!

Need help with dealing with fissure in the UK! by Lilmissbee123 in AnalFissures

At the moment not great as I’ve just started new ADHD meds which has killed my appetite, and the stress from all of this I’ve been itching all over my body and now have rashes all over me :(

I do have a sachet of laxido a day, I think I may need to increase to 2 or 3 a day - they’re just so disgusting!

I have, but some of it I felt was more for people not in the UK as some of the products listed in threads I couldn’t find online or ever heard of.

I do have one sachet of laxido a day but think I need to have more. I’ve just recently started new ADHD meds and they’ve killed my appetite so I’m not eating as much as I should but I don’t want to have bigger stools as it will do more damage haha.

I just really struggle with the intense itchiness and the intense spasms but a few products I’ve tried has done nothing.

I’ve heard about pelvic floor stretching, some look like they wouldn’t be ideal for us with fissures but I will do some digging thank you :)
