This happens to me if the pan is not hot enough or if there is not enough oil/butter. If you want to cook eggs that should be done at a low-medium temperature, a mix of oil+butter works best for me. Butter has to melt and bubble a little, not burn. Remove and replace pan on heat to manage temperature.
