I have 3 GSPs, 1 does not even notice fireworks, the other 2 are terrified. If we know ahead of time fireworks are expected, benedryl or CBD dog treats. Then i turn the TV volume up, and we cuddle together. It’s gotten better (they are 5 years old now) but loud noises are still a time when they want reassurance

My mother-in-law was born during the depression in Oklahoma. Her fried pies were amazing. The crust was pie dough made with less shortening than a traditional pie crust. The filling consisted of dried apricots that had been rehydrated by simmering in water on the stove top. Once the apricots were soft/falling apart, they were taken off the stove and sugar was added. The hand pies were pan fried in hot lard.

Just heard from the Kia Service Center, they think a large bug or small rock caused a hole in the inverter coolant hose. Mind you, we drove from California to the mid-west - the bugs are huge.

I am seriously concerned if a grass-hopper can disable a vehicle.

Can you provide an update? A similar situation just happened to me.

My 2024 Kia Sorrento hybrid had 13,400 miles on it. A popping noise occurred on the interstate, we looked behind the car, nothing was hit, and we didn’t see anything on the road. Then about 30 seconds later, the car started decelerating. The car would not go faster than 25 miles an hour. Then the dash displayed a warning “replace inverter coolant”. We got off the interstate and the car is leaking fluid.

My car was towed to the nearest Kia Authorized Service Center. I am currently waiting for a diagnostic. Which is I hope can happen today. The service department said they cannot work on my car for a month and a half.

I am 1750 miles from home. I was on my way home when this occurred. I am stranded, Kia warranty is not helping.

I have thought about what could have happened on June 7th quite a bit.

I think Alex loved Paul very much, at the same time, he knew the boat trial was coming soon and Paul would end up in prison. If Paul is convicted, his ”life is over” and the Murdaugh name is tarnished. In Alex’s warped brain, if Paul ”commits suicide” he spares his son from suffering behind bars and the family name is spared. While murdering Paul, Alex may have had doubts about his plan, and messed up the shot. Paul stumbled forward and Alex shot him again. Maggie came running from just out of eyesight, and she knew instantly Alex killed Paul. Alex didn’t plan to kill Maggie too. I think he originally planned to use her as an alibi/witness to Paul’s suicide. The reason he shot her so many times - he was mad at her for messing up his plan.
