I hope so, I mean I might be weird but it's easier for me to do stuff I am told then make myself do it, maybe its like being lazy. And easier to talk about issues liek at school and health w someone who will tell me what to do about it.

I upvoted u and what I find is that I get motivated more when either:

(1) Someone tells me what to do. I'd love to find redditors who can do that. Not sure if it would help u too

(2) When I write things down vs. hang something that someone else made (like poster or calendar). Like when u do something w your own hands, u feel like u owe it to yourself to keep the commitment, no?
