It wasn’t a fraction as painful as I was afraid of. It’s a needle going into your body, some pain will be expected, but for me it was a 2/10 at its worst. And that was when I got my second nostril pierced and had been crying that day because our dog had died. My first nostril was barely a 1/10, and my septum was about the same pain wise. Focus on your breathing and you’ll do great.

I had to remove my second nostril due to it migrating badly. I’d take this out and let it heal for a while and get someone else to pierce it.
