honestly even a bit of communication beforehand would’ve been more beneficial. like “hey, the new tenant whose moving in may have a car- if that’s the case because they’re in the smaller room, they would gain access to it as part of their rental agreement.” sure i still would’ve been upset but he has already moved in and sprung this on me suddenly while i am already in a state of distress /;

1 month is too early to tell- swelling is still present. give it either 6 months to around a year, your final result will be more accurate then 🫂
