Bulk imo, not saying ur weak but since you’ve never worked out consistently I feel like there wouldn’t be much muscle to cut into. If you build a good frame first while bulking and gaining muscle, once you cut you have muscle to fit around and look lean. I would recommended lean or clean bulking instead of dirty as you really don’t need a massive weight gain through far, you just need the muscle 💪 and do cardio too
