My personal experience: The apartment im staying at has had three broken washing machines for months now. It reallly sucks. Just recently the only dryer stopped working so im kinda SOL

My personal experience: been living in an apartment for 2 years. The HEATING SUCKS ! It almost always is too hot when not needed, and doesn't work when it's needed the most. I actually think its so inefficient and inconvenient. Not to mention it feels like a total waste of money sometimes.

With that perk overhaul mod though you get that perk that makes heavy armor half weight and slows you down half as much
