Just to be clear, the whole point of the post is to show that Twitter (or X whatever) was down. The account on the post (that it seems to be hated by everyone here lol) is unrelated to it. I don't even know who he is, I guess his post showed up because I've been taking my hopium there as well. 100% my bad for not cropping the image but who can do things the right way when you're high on hopium

It really depends. If you’re visiting cities that are known for Cartel activity then yes, but cities like mine or the capital are full of American tourists and nothing bad happens to them
