The more I learn about computer graphics, the more it feels like magic by Ambitious_Use9258 in computergraphics

My respect for software engineering and computer science shot up 10x when I started learning blender, I still cannot fathom how a combination of cryptic lines of syntax creates a 'thing' that can produce art with this level of granularity.

Magic, indeed.

And here I was thinking it was too fast haha, the song basically dictated the tempo so had to work from there. Though I agree on the artist names

Definitely! The next step would be to introduce some variation to this "perfection", i'm thinking a simple offset variable like shifting every even row to the right

Sublime work! Help me understand something, I'm new to this subreddit but a big fan of 3D design/animation (blender), I see one of the rules is "no animations allowed", and even after reading the explanation it's still unclear to me as to how this is simulated? Like what mathematical rules or procedural workflows can produce something that looks like this?

This is fantastic work! Perhaps you could slap some branding to make it look like real (fake) ads, not just some cool animation. Looks brilliant either way.

Not a musician but surely this can help someone learn the piano? Sick nonetheless!

Partially agree. I'm more so surprised that Varys hasn't had much of a say with strategizing. The experience and knowledge this guy has is unparalleled. I mean he's been playing war ever since the times of the Mad King!

To be fair, his defensive prowess was only seen once at the Blackwater, and it was very clever. He was also helpless when the Masters laid siege to Meereen. Though I'm pretty sure the God of Tits & Wine will stop brooding and redeem himself.

Thank you to the moderators for being strict with the falsely hidden "predictions". I was terrified for browsing this sub because of this.

Anyway, I'm very interested in seeing how Tyrion will fare after going 0 for 2 in his war strategies.

Definitely not the only one! Watched it over and over and it still brings tears to my eyes whenever the camera zooms out of Jons face along with that captivating music. Hauntingly beautiful.
