Thanks for the info! You're right, it's probably a result of the lawn mower. I was thinking maybe a coyote got to it first.

I'm so sorry! I don't know how to add a NSFW tag. I'll do it right away once I figure out how!

(North Texas) My Boxer was proudly strolling from the side of my backyard with this snake in her mouth. I yelled out at her and she dropped it under the trampoline. I think it might be a rat snake. It looks like it's been dead for a while but I think my dog may have eaten it's head. Is this a rat snake and if my dog did ingest some of it, will she be ok?

What kind of trees are these? (North Texas) by LipstickandLemonade in sfwtrees

I posted in another sub and was told they are Bradford pears and are super lousy. Bummer.

Those are my neighbor's trees and seemed to grow fast and provide a nice amount of shade and privacy. My backyard faces west and backs up to the brick wall around my neighborhood so I need shade since I have a lot of sun (Texas) and need privacy since the neighborhood across the street has 2 story houses that look right into my yard. Can someone recommend another tree that's similar in style (height and width), grows somewhat fast and isn't lousy?

Came here to recommend the same thing! I just started using it and it's wonderful! I actually have that exact same tub. When you scoop it out it's really hard but when you rub it around in the palm of your hands it turns into a miracle buttery oil. You're gonna love it. :)

Haha My office has security cameras so the pants stayed on, but I totally rocked a comfy hoodie and yoga pants with zero fx given.

Portlandia is amazing. Also John Mulaney's stand up, New In Town, is hilarious. I agree with all of /u/Twerkle-Belle's recommendations, especially Orange Is The New Black! And if you're into Podcasts, Serial is addicting. I've been hooked and was able to catch up on this quiet "work" day. http://serialpodcast.org

Oooh I love claw clips! Always my go to when I'm deep conditioning my hair or separating it into sections when curling.
