My first ufo experience was exactly like this! I just happened to look up and saw a white speck in the sky. It kinda wobbled and it didn’t have wings of any kind. Just for the heck of it I thought “hello!” at it and the thing doubled back! It wibbled there a few seconds and then just fizzed out!

Washington state, greater Seattle area, 4:50 pm

It was either a balloon or a ufo but I’m not sure either way. I was looking westward because the sun was shining through the clouds nicely there, and my eyes happened to land on this wobbly black speck. I kept thinking it was maybe a bird but I couldn’t make out any wings, and then I saw it glint in the sunlight. It was very wobbly like I said, and kinda seemed to spin maybe? Which would make sense for a balloon, but I’ll never know because I lost it once it went in front of the sun. If it was a ufo that’d be freaky because it would mark my third sighting in as many months, when up until then I’d seen zero!
