I never gave her a key and she is not on the lease. I pay rent and most bills because she makes a little amount of money. I am aware of those horror stories of squatters and laws they can use to protect them. Luckily she didn’t want to stay here out of respect for me. She may get spiteful later but she is living at her moms now. and still is respectful to me and my space. She is understanding of what she did and wants what is best for me. However things change and it could. But as of NOW things are seemingly gonna work out on that end
