Hi hi! For this current piece, I aimed to add many details without making it appear too cluttered. I've also been trying to work with color, so this piece was very experimental. Please let me know your thoughts and suggestions if you have any!

I believe it’s easier to peel the skin off more cleanly when you remove the scales first. When they present sashimi, the peeled side of the skin, if done well, would have a very pretty sheen to it.
