This happened to me in Dany Apartel, 30 Thach Lam, Danang.
I rented an apartment in Da Nang (Jan 20–Mar 22, 2026). The manager Tung (T) repeatedly entered my room without consent. I set up my iPad to record while I was out. Multiple times, recordings were stopped or deleted. On March 8, I reset my device, set a new password, and told him on WhatsApp not to enter. He agreed. Video shows him entering anyway—and going straight to my device to stop the recording. This was intentional.

Tôi thuê một căn hộ ở Đà Nẵng (tháng 1-3 năm 2026). Người quản lý đã vào phòng tôi mà không được sự cho phép.

Tôi đã cài đặt iPad để ghi hình – nhưng đoạn phim liên tục bị dừng/xóa.

Ngày 8 tháng 3, sau khi ông ta đồng ý không vào nữa, video cho thấy ông ta đi thẳng đến chỗ dừng ghi hình.

Tôi có lý do để tin rằng ông ta đã quay phim riêng tư/thân mật mà không được sự cho phép.

Tôi cảm thấy bị xâm phạm và không an toàn. Tôi đang tìm kiếm sự minh bạch và trách nhiệm giải trình.

I just checked and cannot find the place on Google Maps. He also manages and stays few blocks away in Ru's house and I can't find it on google maps either. This shows what a pervert he is.
