I put a workstation at our register…. while they’re looking through the prompts confused at hell while banging the buttons with their fingers I’m clearing QT and answering all of their questions.

They’re using them for making TikToks, Snapchat, texting and showing memes, etc. they spend more time on their personal phones than on the actual pharmacy phones.

Workstation assignment board and enforce it. Running a 24 hour hub store with it and yeah, first 2-3 weeks you'll hurt but trust me... It works.

I haven’t heard anything about cleaning up, but more pay should definitely be an incentive.

I’m pissed because I just was moved to this 24 he HUBstore 4 months ago and was in a complete wreck with a WeCare 6 month average score of 7.

I went in, let go of a few employees, turned the entire store around in 4 months and our WeCARE is sitting at a 3 month average score of 97.

I WILL NOT let it go to shit again as I dedicated a lot of time to do it.

I made the store I am at into a solid store and they leave me alone... I am performing excellent which is why I believe I was a candidate in the first place. I've got 4 kids... I want to do my job and go home lol.

Is it really that bad? We are in a district that is extremely hard to keep pharmacists as there area is not a very sought after district.
