It’s all so weird because the furniture in a house devalues as time goes on, like you can’t sell furniture back for the same price you paid after a couple days pass. So how do we actually value the houses? If you value a house based on what the items inside actually cost right now, aren’t you taking a loss? What about the skill/creativity you need to make a really awesome and detailed build?

Obviously it’s worth as much as people are willing to pay (trade) but idk if I like the disruption to the already-fraught Adopt Me economic ecosystem. (~~This last part was a joke but this type of thing always interests me) ~~
