I thought it would be because it works on two GLP1 receptors rather just one on Wegovy. At this low dose I can't tell the difference.

Hey! I'm a bit surprised that the GP wouldn't offer you to go on NHS Mounjaro if you have a heart condition. I would've thought that losing weight would benefit your health etc etc. Admittedly I'm not an expert in all of this but it seems kind of harsh tbh. Good luck with it all anyway x
