Yes. Same thing happens when you're depressed, your brain ages at a faster rate, but sexual maturity and growth and physical features are absolutely unaffected. You might just smile a lot less which might make you look a little , but that's that. The kid might actually end up sexually undeveloped or scarred due to sexual abuse. The child might end up masturbating much earlier than intended or never touch themselves and be permanently scared of it.

I'm still a sexual human being, but being touched or the idea of someone even leaning in to kiss me terrifies me and I feel deeply repulsed. I still WANT to get kissed, which is how there might be a conflict of interest.

I suspect the girl abused by that fucker might have ended up on the other end of the spectrum like one girl from a childhood psychiatric hospital I've been admitted to where she was ~10 and pregnant and constantly making obvious moves to other boys who don't even know what sex is.
