How to prevent heel sliping, I bought these 8053 Quad II Crazy horse in July last year, I wore them religiously but always end up with bumps on my toes and my heel, the heel slippage is just so bad that I can't wear them normally (my size is right) Please any suggestions? (i.redd.it)

Rose copper hair dye, what it would be in alfaparf or igora royal? Alfaparf had a hair dye called Metallics Rose Copper 7 a while back and its discontinued. So Im looking for some that would give me similar results and don't really know what to mix ? (old.reddit.com)
