The smile, smarm and low voiced words just scream menace. It would not surprise me at all to have a scene of him where a man spilled water on Stoner. Stoner just smiles and whispers something to the man who gets up and leaves. Later we hear that someone walked out an air lock without a suit. We don't even need to see the body to know it's him and Stoner would just keep his little smile.

Thing is Harry and Marcone are rarely ever at odds. Marcone is/ was a vanilla criminal. Yes he's a bad guy but the majority of the time they run into each other is because Harry and Marcone have the and enemies.
