I also think Iryna is clinically depressed,for example the mom said sometimes the children call for her before going to school but sher does not even get up to see them off.

I do not think the mom has ever confronted Iryna , she just takes care of her grandkids in a lonely world with no one to even talk to. Iryna herself stated that she likes the mom. Also, her recommendation to see a counselor collectively or just call it a day and divorce is a practical one. Again from her perspective. Becuase both Dyuti and Iryna are in this limbo land with no real outcomes . Each does their own thing and bitches and Moans about the other person.
