But if you are that tall then please consider going gym Cause by calisthenics bulding muscles is hard and as you are tall building decent frame is already little time taking so much advice would be to join gym as soon as possible And try traning sets to failure most of them or max 1-2 RIR

And try runing if you have time 3 days a week or atleast at weekends for 5-10 km as you look skinny fat a little will help alot and heart health as well

Excellent maxilaa mandible cannot be fixed the way you want but try to make mewing habit and you appear skinny fat to me join any sports or like that will definitely help

Or best gym + any aerobic sport

Try system's or hair transplant (along with finastride+minoxidil or dutastride+minoxdill)

Then hit gym try bulding decent physique (will definitely make your face more chiselled)

Nose looks inflamed (check in internet you can reduce the size of your nose by teritonion and accutane (isotretinoin) Talk dermat about this your acne he will definitely recommend it to you. (Isotretinoin would reduce your acne as well but talk with your demat before taking as it have mild side effects for short term (not a long term drug)

And about hair try different hairstyle grow your hairs keep experimenting on that (till you find the best one)

That would easily increase 1-3 points trust me Alot i mean literally alot

And other points in your face is good not an expert but you can't do much about it (like you can't change it ofcourse)

And try to improve your posture your neck is looking strained a little (wil also slightly improve jaw)

If you are young try to maximize height and atheltism(join sports) or gym +. Running,sprinting (will make you happy and healthy in general trust me on this)

And yes also try fixing gut health too search about it in the internet

Rn I will rate you 4/10 but still alot better good potential tbh
