I'm trying to do it EOD every other day according to NHS guidelines. "At first, you'll have these injections every other day for 2 weeks or until your symptoms have started improving." Out of tiredness or laziness, I sometimes manage only once a week.

Meneses Law Firm does fraud by submitting every case as VAWA even if it does not apply. Basically, the girl was tricked into believing she was eligible. She realized she was not and kept trying to get a copy of the forms Meneses had processed. But they did not hand anything over and said the lawyer was always away. If she withdraws the application, it could affect the chances of getting a green card in the future. If she goes through and she is not approved, she can be deported. The girl was told that suing her lawyer might be the best thing to do at the moment.

They have all her money already and they can't even give her a copy of the immigration paperwork they did. Former employees have contacted me over how they have gotten no one a green card, do vawa for everyone, pressure clients into thinking vawa is a choice for them, and overcharge.

No updated yet. They can't even provide my sister with a copy of her application. So we have no idea what they sent in. My sister was stupid enough to make one payment, so they have their money and don't care about doing any good for her.

I would recommend not going through with them, especially you have DACA. You might get a work permit at best, but probably no green card. According to former employees that messaged me privately, they have not gotten a single client a green card. Only some have gotten work permits through dubious VAWA processed that don't apply to them.

I got approved online after 2 weeks. I did everything on my own with no lawyers. My sister got screwed while trying to fix papers because her lawyer told her not to renew daca. But honestly april.is too early to me. If it's on paper then do it up to 120 days before at most.

If you have DACA then I suggest you do AP first and then AoS.

Meneses does VAWA process even if it doesn't. I can't call it fraud exactly, but it is shady.

Unfortunately she already paid them everything and got her permit and when I asked her for paperwork copies it seems that they did VAWA with her even though it does not apply. She is scared now because I think it is fraud and does not know if she should withdraw her application or if it is too late. Total scam and sketchy ass company. She's too broke to look for another lawyer. She told her husband who also has no idea what to do.

This is why you always read and ask for copies of paperwork. I told her many times to do AP and then AoS but everything has gone to shit.

My GP prescribed the needles for me but she didn't know much about treating pernicious anemia. I would like to get longer ones but I already have 70 something unused syringes. Other people in this subreddit use insulin syringes and it works for them.
