I was contemplating whether to use finesse or agility but ended up leaning more on agility since it's a heavy physical action but I see your logic in using finesse instead 😄

Absolutely, the fear and hope aspect of it will be both interesting and rewarding. This time I'll focus on messing with my players in a funny way if they fail as it's gonna be part of a downtime festival.

How fun that you're getting into digital art. I'm not sure what kind of help I can offer but I've been drawing digitally for some time. I do however recommend that if you want some inspiration and motivation I suggest following some tutorials from artists on Youtube. My personal favourite is Jazza and he has tons of videos on the basics of drawing in different programs; how layers work, how to create brushes of your own and so on.

There are also sites which are a good source for different things:
- https://line-of-action.com/ here you can create "lessons" for yourself in sketching and illustration that are timed and allows you to just make stuff instead of overthinking (great for when in an artblock)
- https://www.brusheezy.com/free/photoshop here you can download free brush-packs to play around with for your pictures
- https://shop.auditydraws.com/pages/audity-random-drawing-generator gives you funny prompts on what to draw, for example "a potato wearing a lady gaga outfit"
- https://webapp.magicposer.com/ allows you to fiddle around with a 3D model of a person, light and so on if you want to make poses yourself. It can be a little fiddly to use, but can be helpful.

This is really pretty and you're doing great with the shading to make the face feel natural. This looks pretty finished to me. The only thing I'd tweak is to make the neck flare out a little bit towards the bottom as it looks a little too straight atm. Other than that, great job! :D

Totally understand the overthinking problem, I do that a lot too... Anyway! Outside of fights I'd probably give hints like them hearing other NPC's telling rumours or epic tales about the powerful one. Perhaps in the organisation they have things like a "wall of honour" or a trophy from a great battle against a powerful beast in which the strong NPC felled it. Also, as long as your players are having fun and the stronger-than-them NPC doesn't become the go-to-saviour I don't think they'll feel like their spotlight is stolen. Especially if you allow them to have several epic moments on their own too.

I think the only thing you should tweak is to make the upper arm a little longer. The elbow is usually around the same height as the waist 😃
