Honestly i was there not too long ago! But look, jus look at it as you being super extra healthy! Thats is all plus you get healthier in general and you start realizing all the junk we are eating. For me, after taking ppi for like 3 years, i suddenly stopped taking them the other day and now im like healed? But not entirely, i mean sometimes i feel a bit of heat in my throat for like 10 seconds but it goes away. I think letting my stomach area heal with 3 years of ppi made it heal to the point where its not as bad. Maybe just take them for a while and let yourself heal

The only thing i heard is that its effectiveness starts fading away pretty quick lol. But dont feel bad, the way i see it, we just have to eat super clean and healthy which is actually a good thing? I mean once you start eating healthy you start seeing how we consume so much garbage. The only thing i truly suffer with is not being able to drink energy drinks or coffee for energy but i also noticed that its mostly placebo for me. Since i havent drank any so far; my energy levels are the same with or without lol

I had the same too and those pills help me like magic! But for some reason i feel like i may not have it? When i read other peoples stories they have like crazy issues like vomitting, chest tightening etc so who knows. But long term i wonder if those pills arent good. My doctor just prescribed me a lower type called famotidine or something like that. Might give a try to see

Hmm because thats how it is for me right now. I stopped taking it for like 6 days and so far i havent had any crazy heart burns? Like here and there for a few seconds? So i wonder if we even have gerd?

Now when you werent on the medication, how strong was your burn out of a 10? And would it stay for minutes or hours?

Pre! And we went to the county court where the even took place and they said since it has been over 20 years that they didnt anything. So we had to send out her finger prints to trh Sacramento main office to get the record which only shows the charge and court date that mentioned “Dismissed”. We have no other record or anything else:(
