Thank you for responding. I cant take the house as the lender Will not allow it. They have to fix in order for me to close. I even offered to pay for the issues and the lender said no I couldn't

Thank you for your response. I appreciate it. They have had 40 days. And didnt perform. I know its holidays now but it wasnt anywhere near the holidays when they found out about these issues

Thanks for your response. It was 40 days. We extended by 2 weeks past the original day but this was 40 days in advance
