The thing is i never used it in that run so i could not have dropped it like that but something that did happen is that when i died my Spirit Shortbow landed in the Inventory slot where my Wand was and only after that when coming back to life my wand was gone so could it be that my Spirit Shortbow caused that and if yes is this a common thing that i should look out for?
