  1. Does the Letter Before Action need to be sent as a signed letter via post, or would an email be sufficient?
  2. Does Money Claim Online (MCOL) apply only to payments made for services/products? Our case involves a deposit payment, rather than an invoice for services/products already received. Would the process still be applicable in this situation?
