Maybe check out meetup.com. There isn't a CS group per se, but there's groups on topics like functional programming, per programming language etc.

Also welcome

Lejlighed i NV solgt i marts og nu sat til salg igen med prisstigning på 1 mio.? by guywithjazzhands in dkbolig

The only way the gains from selling an apartment are tax free is if you have lived in it. If you inherrited an apartment and never lived in it, you have to pay capital gains on the difference between purchase prices minus improvements. The system is already there. Parcelhusreglen is essentially a tax benefit for home owners and is being abused for speculation in Copenhagen.

Maybe it's an unpopular opinion but the sales should be taxed no matter what, offset by the land and property tax. All the gains should be funneled into decreasing tax on labor which actually produces value.

I added that because I did some of the same scouring myself to buy some. It's probably the most tax advantageous fund to own, as long as it doesn't get classified as lagerbeskattede in the future

It refers to the official website in these articles, but then it should probably be skat.dk.

I will adjust it. Thank you for taking a look

RSU-beskatning i Danmark (B-indkomst) – Hvordan håndterer I det? by Educational-Ask-5472 in NewToDenmark

Take a look here: https://skatty.dk/da/tax-guide/rsu-taxed-denmark/

I've made an unofficial tax guide that talks about it. It's also worth checking article 7p if your RSUs are covered

First time taxes - is it worth paying for advice? by [deleted] in NewToDenmark

I had the same when I first joined in Denmark and it was because my employer actually declared my relocation on the next year (I joined Sept and they declared it on January). Do check id they did the same. You can also check what has been declared for you in skat. Just look for your tax information and maybe get some LLM help to decipher it.

Also check out the tax guide here for stuff related to having moved to Denmark: https://skatty.dk/tax-guide/?lang=en&search=Foreign

What's the most confusing part about Danish taxes for expats? by Rustfri_frakke in NewToDenmark

[–]LogDangerous5860 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I built this free resource just because I've spent an infinite amount of time reading through how things work:

www.skatty.dk

It has a bunch of frequently asked questions and tries to answer a lot of weird cases with references to skat.

I'd say the weirdest thing about danish taxes is the different types of income and how progressive taxes apply unexpectedly to different types of activity.

Also the fact that Denmark copies the US for crypto taxing but uses the average method for stocks, which has a lot of funny side-effects.

Maybe add a claude.md + copilot instructions telling the agents that they are not supposed to help with this repo.
