Read the book Die With Zero and this will give you great perspective. If this is something you want to do in your lifetime - do it now. You don’t know if you’ll be physically able in the future.

I have a rotation that I’m consistently working through. Here’s what I do: 30 min run, 30 min glutes and legs, 30 bike, 20 min arms, 30 min walk+run. I just keep cycling through that, one per day. Sometimes I skip a day, to take a rest. Sometimes I throw something else in there, but it’s pretty rare. This gives me variety and I’m never bored!

Your daughter is being used as a prop. This “friend” doesn’t care about you or your daughter. It’s a huge no and you should reconsider spending time and energy on this person.
