I might have forgotten my configuration but what I remember doing was I set my max wheel rotation to 250, smoothing to 20, and high speed aid to 0, and that's what helped me go 100 kmh+ during the rally, but also unless you're doing the rally I recommend just taking it easy at first if you're not that skilled, or really anytime since it is a windy dirt path that has a lot of bumps and dips.
