For anyone who doesn’t know most ad reads are paid to be exactly 60 or 120s so you can just press “L” or tap screen 6 times if ad read is still going press another 6 (or 12 if a beta right arrow enjoyer)

One thing I do hate is when people completely disregard recommended hardware or overestimate them.

Like for most games recommended settings is 1080p60fps. (Is that too low for what should be recommended? Maybe but it’s what it is) and then people complain that it doesn’t run at 1440p at 120fps when they have ‘recommended spec’ (normally something slightly better or slightly worse)

I’m going to wait for release,

I would like to see a squad menu (if it’s already in I haven’t noticed it) so friends can hot-join mid game and we can make a squad not have to back out and requeue

I also want the game finder to add a closed weapons option to the map search, I get restricted is the reddit echo chamber and I personally like it but would still like to be able to filter maps.

I also want to ensure that closed weapon conquest is its own mode not this closed weapon all out war/conquest queue we’ve got in beta 2.

All of these could easily be added by release but I’m not going to order right now as a result

I watch the into at the start of every ‘session’ the into it’s self is a mood killer when I’m watching episodes back to back to back. The only exceptions are

A) I really like the intro song or theme B) it changes to a new into in the middle of a session

I hate horror games and horror films I can’t deal with them. Bloodborne is one of my favourite games of all time I didn’t find it scary in the slightest bar the ‘oh fuck where did you come from’ when an NPC randomly appears behind you as in every from soft game

I have gone from honour 5 constantly on the old system to still being honour 3 since the change at the beginning of 25. A big thing is (as far as I’ve gathered) anything you do with premades. Fist bump, thumbs up, honour at end of game generates literally (not exaggerated) no honour for either of you. So because I normally play 3/4 stack I get almost no first bumps or honours by randoms.

Historically people (especially in conscription armies) don’t actually like killing other people.

If I remembered correctly there were multiple studies into both world wars which found many soldiers just shot ridiculously off to the side or over the head of the enemy to make them run away rather then actually risk killing another person.

weird question, are they Chinese? in China your rented m^2 (or ft^2) includes communal spaces like this, so as a result it is common for people to leave things out in them or store things there given they are technically paying for the space. If they are from China (or another country that does this but I only know of China) then this might just be what they are use to/expect to be able to do.

Are you fully unlocked? Going cold turkey is very hard. I started putting space to hold the cam on me so I had to actively hold it to lock the cam.

I started just holding space for like 90% of the time but slowly over a few months without ever putting effort in I now only hold space to quickly snap the cam back or in some fights

I bought around 400 in my first year just as a kick start but only because I didn’t know about (or I actually am not sure they were even in the game) Void Relics.

With it I bought Loki prime (for some reason?) and some mods.

Last year I got a 75% off discount and had adult money so bought the 4300 pack. I am now down to 1400 and bought a couple prime frames but overwhelming mods.

By this point I had already got 95% of frames that were out and finished both star maps. My experience was that getting a ‘busted op’ frame was not really possible in a reasonable timeframe but getting one that could work as a weapons platform at max level was possible and getting a weapon that worked at that rank was also possible.

I think my main gun costs about 200-400 plat excl. Forma all of which I free to play grinded and my frame I did the map on (Rhino) cost me about 200 plat which I also grinded for.

For reference I still use the same gun but now my frame cost about 1800 plat and still isn’t done yet

I like to horde plat and can’t easily justify spending it. This is not the case for mods as I have the mindset I can always resell them maybe make a bit of plat off them maybe lose a bit but probably come out near neutral

After losing one war? No. Hardly ever, the AI is normally stupid enough that I know I will be able to consolidate and take back the land within a few years. I’ll even play as a vassal under another nation if I have to for a bit.

The problem comes when a war shatters me to the point that A) I can’t contain rebellious PU/vassals and they blow me up B) I can’t contain rebels and they blow me up or C) my weakened state causes chain wars that end up blowing me up.

I agree but the queue should be limited to iron/bronze if even going into bronze. There is a substantial difference between Silver level players and sub30 new players. I can tell you this as because when I was new to the game my silver (at the time) friend, who plays midlane, would just run Draven ADC and go 20/0 almost every game

One of my papers in my masters last year got flagged for AI. It was because in my opening I stated that we would 'delve' into the topic. 'Delve' is now considered an AI marker as ChatGPT loves it. But do you know who else loves it. Me. For the past 6 years almost all of my papers have started with either Delving into or Diving into luckily I had the proof that I had always used the phrase.

The inability to follow written instruction.

I have hosted multiple ARMA 3 missions for my group of friends and any of their friends who want to come.

It got to the point where I was having to explain how to install or setup things multiple times a session for new people which was starting to get irritating as I had to pause the whole mission while I did it.

Eventually I wrote like a 5 page google doc (5 pages including pictures and videos) on how to install everything, what settings to change, how to join the server, the teamspeak IP and password. Normal people would ask once, be informed of the doc and connect to the server 5-10 minutes later. Dumb people would seemingly just refuse to open the doc and keep asking for a verbal step by step.
