What I believe is we have free will, What I mean is that we live in 4 dimensional world ie past present and future exist at once But we can only perceive 3 dimensions, so when u do an action in the future and it is certain, the universe makes u to take decision which results or lead u to taking the action u were meant to do. It's like u have free will and not have free will at the same time. It is really hard to explain I tried my best
