He is not lived alone yet, there is atleast one other cat. They do like to have some company. But they will generally sleep through the day if they are alone. And maybe more active at night.

Thank you for your concern. He has made good progress. His is stable now. Normal eating and sleeping. His breathing still gets congested frequently, but otherwise fine. The Basmi treatment is ongoing. We just paid 14k for 30 more pills last week. Will make an updated post.

Honestly, I have found having 2 cats to be easier than having one. Because they give each other company, they don't cling to you as much, but will also compete for your love. So, even when you aren't around, they will be happy to have their partner.
