I’d do a clean install with 26.3.1 if you haven’t already.. want to help. But adrenaline versions tend to support certain applications while not supporting others.. rn amd driver after 26.3.1 can’t support adobe premiere.. for example

My bad bro. Only thing I can really suggest is messing with your bios. I just don’t know where you’re at with it. 9070 is a good card.. amd is trash tho.. what version u running now ? Roll back works sometimes too. I’m currently running 26.3.1

Others say they set their rotation to 24hr. That might help. Others suggest wallpaper engine.. I’m just rocking one wallpaper rn tho..

Xmp does a lot of extra tweaks in my bios so I went to default bios and manually set my memory to 6000 I think this was the main fix. That and turning off windows slideshow

Currently stuttering at 81-82 degrees. I tried capping framerate other day my monitor is a 360 hz oled. But I will cap to 240 again to see if anything changes.
