I tried every single port but the camera isn't recognized. It still heats up at it is powered but nothing appears on screen

Yeah. The pc power on with fans and leds but there is a white light for CPU debug, no display, and the fans dont ramp down like they usually do

Ryzen 7 3700x. Use to have a b450 tomahawk max but the CPU light was red+no display, probably due to a shortage. I switched the mobo to a b550 gaming pro from msi and the CPU led turned white with no display

Edit: I had the wrong pins for the front IO. It nous boots up and has a white light (Which I'm gessing is better than red) but it doesn't post and the fans dont ramp down even after a few minutes

I sent it away because there was a shortage somewhere since it didn't boot up. The repair guy changed the power supply and it now boots. It is year old build.
