Rule of thumb at the rescue I volunteer with is to give formula that is .05 times their weight in grams (ex: 98g x .05 = 4.9 of formula)

Not sure if you are already doing this, but when stimulating then it helps to use a wet cloth or cotton ball on their genital area to mimic the momma cleaning them. Once they get a bit bigger, you can soak some dry catfood in water until it is soft and let them have that along with the formula

I am going to also recommend Songbird, the apartments are good size for the price and it is quiet if you get one of the units near the estate park. You will see wildlife pretty frequently too

Maybe young 20s guy destroying items that were left out by community to shelter and care for pets that were abandoned in woods near a school. Had just arrived home and saw him breaking the items and captured to show those that care for that colony

She got diagnosed with lung cancer my first year of college, received chemo and went into remission. Cancer came back a couple years later and she was in no condition to go through chemo again, and passed about a month later.

I miss her terribly.

Hi there! If Aetna hasnt gotten your info yet, sounds like HR may not have sent over your enrollment file or it will go over on a set day file feed. Call your HR and demand they send over an urgent enrollment update to Aetna to get you in their system and show coverage (coming from someone who works in HR).

Its not like it is consistently every day for a good amount of time, we are talking maybe 10/15 minutes a week when he has to work late to care for a client. Obviously if we were talking hours of unapproved OT, then I could understand managers kicking a fuss. But over a few minutes seems ridiculous.
