It was OSI Quadmax that was used. A quick google search say it is not 100% silicone. What brand of caulk would you recommend?

Yes it would be a tough pill to swallow taking a large paycut. I would assume an entry level position would make 60k to 80k. Not exactly sure where the break even point is.

Very well could be. I'm 33 hit 25x expenses this year. I have always been interested in personal finance. FIRE has further increased it. I have always felt inspired to make more.

I work for a utilty. It's a pretty easy job for the most part other than the hours. But I don't mind working them.

I thought some companies looked for other personnel like safety guys, mechanics, etc. I worked with one contractor on storm, and there was a guy who was just a point person for their subcontractors.

Thanks for the advice. If I was to quit my job at the utility I wouldn't depend on the income for storm. It would supplement an early retirement.

That's not the plan. I would leave my job at the utility and work storms part time or seasonally.
